László Kóczy was invited to give lectures on ‘Apportionment: Theory and practice’ at the Autumn School of Higher School of Economics, Moscow on 12-15 November 2019.
The topic of the Autumn School was ‘The modern methods and models of the individual and collective choice and decision-making theory with application to network data analysis, aggregation problems, influence indices’. Hans Peters, Kanak Patel and Peter Emerson were the other lecturers.
